Oil skimmer Type 62 is designed with Schnell Tekniks intelligent oil sensor, so recovery speed is automatically adjusted according to the amount of free-floating oil in the liquid. In this way high capacity is ensured when it is needed, and at the same time lowest possible water collection is obtained, and thereby lowest disposal costs of collected oil. Our tests have shown that this intelligent oil skimmer can work up to 87% more efficient than normal oil skimming. The compact design makes the oil skimmer easy to install. The machine is built in stainless steel and is constructed to require a minimum of maintenance. An integrated heat unit ensures that the oil skimmer can also remove light fat and grease. Belt lengths are custom made and easily exchanged when needed. All Schnell Teknik oil skimmers are manufactured at our plant in Frederikssund, Denmark.
